Refund policy

Damages and issues

Unfortunately shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages. Once we've sent out your order, we have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you. If your package is missing, please check with your local USPS. If there is still an issue, email me your order number and we can work something out.


Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to contact us at ayume0321@kawaiiayume.com.


Refunds
If you have received damaged or wrong item within 5 days, please contact us at ayume0321@kawaiiayume.com so we can work something out. If it was been at least 5 days or has been used, then we cannot help you.
